[Alter] 1/7 Yoshiko Tsushima

Today we have a 1/7 scale Tsushima Yoshiko figure from Alter!

"Yo-Ha-Ne!"

Okay okay. Yohane.

This figure was out for pre-order in Mid 2019 and I was considering whether or not to get her. I mean, the price...

In the end, I decided to just go for it and... Here she is!

Let me tell you, she doesn't disappoint.

First up we have the box, which is made completely of plastic so there's no cardboard on it.

Front:

Front the front you get a clear view of the figure that you will be purchasing or have already purchased with some designs on at the corners. 

Sides:

On one side you have Yohane and the other side is a design similar to the front 

Back:

At the back is a... Haunted mansion? 

Top:

What's interesting here is that Alter didn't give this figure design a name. Maybe, like Halloween version or something like that.

Not that it's important, just a thought.

After getting a look at the figure, I just kept feeling like she reminds me of a cake.

You know, those with pastel colours and extravagant sugar sculptures on it.

Her facial expression is exactly how I would imagine Yohane. She even has a cute little heart right below her eye.
She is also wearing a set of star earrings.

Look at all that accessories on her hat! Hat?

Would you call that a hat? Maybe I'll just go with accessory.

The gems and gold chain look pretty nice...

I tried for a really close up shot but it was a bit challenging.

These things are small.

I was going to say that she had a feather there but I realised that's probably more similar to a (demon) wing.

Oh and there's a little flower on her accessory as well.

And the accessory comes with a small veil like thing.

The clear plastic used really sells the feel of it.

 Her hair is a lovely blue

 Of course she has a her signature bun but this time it's tied with a gold chain/ribbon. I imagine a real gold chain like this would have some hair caught in it.

Next we move on to her outfit.

There's so much to take in here!

From the top view, you'll be able to she also has some jewellery on her chest accessory.

 She also has a ring on her left hand middle finger.

The cuffs on her top are also extremely detailed and the colours don't leak even though it's such a small piece of gold.

It's a gold ring with a flower.

Still impressed at how little leakage of colour there is

You can see the skirt is layered with lots and lots of accessories hanging off them. 

The colour is a very lovely pastel purple/pink gradient on the lower layer of skirt. There's also a gold spider web design 

Oh and if you want a really close look at the pumpkin accessory 

Aside from the spider web, Yohane also has some gold stars on the skirt 

Oh since she's a fallen angel, obviously she would have "wings" that represent that

 She also has some gold chain with... Actually, I have no idea what to call the purple/pink/silver things on the chain.

 Oh and her wings also have a purple/turquoise gradient.

Some more accessory that has even more design to it. With a couple of hearts that remind me To-Love Ru's girls' tails...

A closer look at her Left Leg:

Absolute territory. Her stockings come with a garter belt that has a little cross clip on it. Her thighs have a nice fair colour to them

A closer look at her Right Leg:

 She's wearing different a stocking design on her right leg but both boots are the same with the white thing (can someone tell me what to call it) on it.

 Her base:

The base comes in a simple blue holographic looking translucent colour with the name of the series and character on the front.

Design: 10/10

Quality: 10/10

Value: 10/10

Cost: 20,680 yen (Pre-order) / 27,780 yen (currently on amiami)

This figure is just an absolute work of art. A masterpiece. There's just so much detail crammed into this figure. The colours are brilliant and she has a lot of accessories and little trinkets on her outfit that are extremely detailed and well done.

I can imagine the team handling the quality control on this figure would have a lot to look at and they did a very good job because there weren't any noticeable defects or colour leeching outside their area.

If anything, the only drawback is that she doesn't come cheap. She ranks in my top 5 single most expensive figures but that being said, considering the detail that she comes in, the pricing is justified and she is well worth it. If you're considering getting her, I would say don't hesitate! She's a real beauty that would definitely enhance your collection.
